Chief complaint today of shortness of breath secondary to COPD.

She went to an urgent care who prescribed her Trelegy, Prednisone, and Albuterol and Atrovent.

However, due to monetary constraints, she wasn't able to pick up any of those medicines.

She does have a history of severe pneumococcal pneumonia, which caused her her right hand and her right breast.

Vitals are currently as follows: pulse is eighty-four, regular; ninety-six percent on room air at this time; breathing 18 times a minute; end tidal capnography thirty-seven; blood pressure one thirty-six over sixty-two; blood sugar 120 ; temperature ninety-eight.

When we arrived, she did have some wheezing, diffuse wheezing bilaterally.
