Possible attic fire after bathroom fan failure

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews and medics were dispatched to a home near South Birchwood Lane in Aberdeen for a reported bathroom motor failure and possible attic fire. Another unit was sent to a business on South Centennial Street for a fire alarm reportedly called in by an alarm company.
