Aircraft warned of power line hazard near airport

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic appears to involve an aviation controller providing traffic information near a regional airport, including aircraft at about 3,000 feet and a possible power line or obstruction reported a few miles west of the airfield at around 1,400 feet. The exchange seems to be a possible traffic hazard advisory rather than a routine ground traffic stop.
