Pedestrian walking along Highway 14 shoulder

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers and units discussed a report of a possible pedestrian walking on the right shoulder of Highway 14 south of Escondido Canyon, near the Ward and Calgrove on-ramps. Responding units drove the area in both directions and reported being unable to locate the person or any stopped vehicles. The call appears to involve a possible stranded or walking pedestrian but was not confirmed by officers or fire personnel at the scene.
