Motor vehicle lockout near Russell Field

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers handled a 911 hang-up that turned out to be a motor vehicle lockout near the rail trail and a nearby field. A female motorist was locked out of her Jeep, and units were asked to assist at the southeast corner of the field near Harmony Street.
