As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were notified of a traffic complaint about four minibikes reportedly being ridden up and down the sidewalk by juveniles near S Tecumseh St, around the E Church St / E Maumee St area. They were last seen about 5 minutes prior, and units were asked to check the area only.
