As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical services are transporting a 68-year-old male from a care facility near University Parkway to a hospital emergency room. The patient is suspected to have had a stroke but appears to be at his normal level of orientation with some mild tremors and difficulty speaking. Current vital signs include blood pressure readings and normal respiratory effort. The patient is conscious and alert but then noted as unresponsive at one point. Medical personnel continue to monitor and transport him for further evaluation.
