Tow truck unable to move heavy vehicle on I-680

As discussed during the dispatch call, on or near I-680 by Stone Valley in Alamo, officers spoke with a tow service that reportedly refused to move a vehicle because it was too heavy. The involved parties were advised of other options and may complete their own report.
