Loose dog running along eastbound Highway 580

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers reported a medium-sized tan dog running against traffic on the shoulder of eastbound I-580 east of Central Avenue in Albany. The dog appears to be a known homeless animal frequently seen in that area.
