The residents of the Rescue Mission and drug rehab centers hang out all day. You can see the ones wide eyed and on a Mission all the time. Then the store raided for selling Heroin and Fentanyl 2 years ago reopened as a headphone selling glass pipes. and Marijuana dispensary 2 doors down.
