Reported custody violation involving restricted parent/caregiver and child

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers are responding to a reported custody/child-contact restriction issue: a parent/caregiver who is reportedly not allowed to be around the child was reported to be with the baby at a public office (possibly near SW 7th Ave). The call references prior CPS involvement and is being handled as suspicious circumstances.
