77-year-old woman fallen with knee and shoulder injuries

As discussed during the dispatch call, a 77-year-old woman has fallen at a residence near 3rd Avenue East with possible knee and shoulder injuries. Emergency medical services have been dispatched. The woman may have a recent knee replacement and is also experiencing shoulder pain. She has high blood pressure and arthritis. Responders have entry to the location, but the doors to the residence were initially closed.
