Person with breathing problems found on floor at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a medical call for breathing problems at a home near Ella Lane and Martin Candler Road in the Alexander area. Responders confirmed a woman was on the floor during an ongoing video call and made entry through an unlocked back door to assist her after others were unable to reach her or her husband by phone.
