Child sent explicit photos reported at library

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched for a welfare check at a public library on Fillmore Street after a report that a juvenile had received explicit photos from someone associated with a phone number listed in a hotline log. The report apparently originated from the National Human Trafficking Hotline.
