Suspicious people reported near levee in Allendale

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of two suspicious people going over the levee near South Division Street in Allendale. One was described as a heavy-set woman with light-colored hair wearing flip flops, and the other as a man on a bicycle with a beard and long hair.
