Banned woman threatens staff at Family Dollar

As discussed during the dispatch call, an employee at a discount store near South Pierce Street reported a previously banned woman who entered the store and allegedly made threats before leaving the area. Officers were notified, but the woman was no longer on scene when they arrived.
