As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies conducted a traffic stop on Highway 135 near mile marker 20 involving a brown Chevy SUV and took an apparent hit-and-run accident report in the front lobby. A Kansas male driver was checked and the vehicle license plate information was verified as clear.
