Unconscious man falls backward and hits head in Altoona

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a possible medical emergency near North Hillcrest Parkway in Altoona, where a 40-year-old man reportedly lost consciousness, fell backward, and hit his head. Additional fire and medic units were sent code three to assist.
