Woman fell off e-bike with possible collarbone fracture

As discussed during the dispatch call, eMS responded to a medical emergency at Alvin Extended Stay near Highway 6 involving a 45-year-old female who fell off an e-bike and may have fractured her collarbone and hit her head.
