School fire alarm with smoke reported in corridor

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to Amboy High School on East Holly Street for an automatic fire alarm and reported smoke in a second-floor corridor. Additional assistance was requested from a neighboring fire department, and callers indicated that not all vehicles were needed but that a response was still requested. In a separate call, fire units were sent to a residence on County Highway 14 near Kewanee for a possible carbon monoxide alarm with no reported symptoms.
