People trying to enter locked car on Chestnut and Bunn

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded near Bunn Street and Chestnut Street for a report of two people appearing to break into a blue vehicle using branches. A third-party caller reported the activity. It was later believed the individuals might be the vehicle’s owners locked out of their car.
