Trucks playing loud music on East Main Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a loud noise complaint about trucks reportedly parked near East Main Street and South Magnolia Avenue playing music loudly. An officer was sent to check the area, and the caller did not request to be contacted.
