Ex-boyfriend reported damaging property and refusing to leave

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported domestic disturbance at a residence near 4th Ave in Anoka after a caller reported an ex-boyfriend was destroying property, was reportedly on meth, stole the caller’s phone, and refused to leave. The caller also mentioned a prior, unconfirmed firearm-related incident from about a week ago. Dispatch briefly reported possible sounds of fighting, but an on-scene female later told officers there was no fight and several children were present.
