Boater stranded on river after losing motor mount

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a possible water rescue on the Susquehanna River near a boat launch in Apalachin. A caller reported losing the motor mount on a boat, leaving the occupants stranded but able to see nearby businesses and a highway across the river. Fire and rescue units were placed on standby for a potential water rescue while dispatch attempted to recontact the complainant for more information.
