Elderly woman confused while driving at CVS parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, a welfare check was conducted near Richmond Highway for an elderly driver who appeared confused and disoriented. The vehicle was initially parked in a lot off Route 460 and later moved to the roadside median before units cleared the scene.
