Elderly woman has trouble breathing and needs lift assist

As discussed during the dispatch call, an ambulance and fire department were dispatched to (number withheld) East Pleasant Avenue for an elderly female having trouble getting up and experiencing shortness of breath. Assistance was requested to help lift and transport the female to the hospital.
