As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched Code 3 near Bayside Cutoff Road just off Highway 101 for an electrical shock incident in a pool involving a 13-year-old girl with bruising and hand swelling; a 16-year-old boy was also reportedly shocked and had some pain.
