AMH, this is Medic 22. We're en route to your facility priority three with a 52-year-old female coming from home. She's going to be overdosed on fentanyl. She stated that she took it around noon or 1 o'clock this afternoon and family found her unresponsive. They have stated that they've not seen her for about an hour, went to check on her, found her unresponsive in her bedroom. They were performing CPR when medics arrived. She did have a pulse and was breathing about two times a minute. Pupils were pinpointed. When we went to apply NPA, she woke up. She's now alert and oriented with stable vitals. We have a heart rate of 95, normal sinus rhythm, and oxygen saturation of 99%. Respiratory rate is 17, blood pressure 128 over 95, and blood sugar 162. We'll be at your facility in about five minutes. AMH clear assignment on arrival.
