Driver found passed out then sped away in Arlington

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possibly impaired driver who was found passed out in a blue Subaru Forester near Crow Hill Road in Arlington. After the caller woke the driver, the vehicle reportedly sped away up Crow Hill Road toward Cedar Rock Road.
