Man swinging bottle and shoving person in parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies responded to a reported fight in a parking lot near Ashburn Metro and Gramercy Park Drive, where a man in black clothing was reportedly swinging a bottle, shoving someone, and blocking a vehicle. The subject was later reportedly seen walking toward the nearby movie theater area while carrying a bottle of wine and a camera.
