Woman found unresponsive with breathing problem near Ashland

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a home near Park Street for a possible breathing problem involving a 59-year-old woman who was initially conscious and breathing but later described as basically unresponsive. Engine 401 responded to assist another unit and was instructed to use a stair chair on arrival.
