Driver found passed out at gas station, then drove away

As discussed during the dispatch call, an anonymous caller reported a white Nissan at a gas station near Old U.S. Highway 2, where a man was found unresponsive in the running vehicle. The man later woke up and drove east toward Burke Hill, and the caller expressed concern that he was possibly under the influence.
