Dog reported crying in SUV at Walmart lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to the Walmart parking lot on North Ridge Road East for a reported Code 18 involving a dog crying inside a red SUV. The caller reportedly saw the vehicle about an hour earlier and was no longer on scene when officers arrived.
