Employee assaulted outside Astoria City Hall

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported disturbance outside Astoria City Hall where two men allegedly attacked an employee. One man left the area before being located near a nearby bank, and the other remained at the scene. Medics were on standby and one person was taken into custody.
