Traffic stop on white 2016 Kia Optima

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a traffic stop near the 900 block of C Street Southwest involving a white Kia Optima reportedly registered out of Tacoma. The vehicle’s registration appeared expired but the record check came back clear.
