Elderly man seeks jumper cables in Walmart parking lot

Individual called in and stated there's an elderly gentleman honking and flashing his lights and he's been hollering to see if anyone has jumper cables.

He's been there most of the night.

There'll be a silver car parked on the east side of the parking lot.

They're just wanting to see if anyone can help.
