Reckless driver reported on I-95 near Augusta

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a second traffic complaint about a white Toyota Corolla with Georgia plates reportedly speeding, passing vehicles in the grass, and making an unsafe lane change near I‑95 northbound exit 112B before stopping at a Panera Bread parking lot in Augusta.
