Small brush fire and downed wires on North 40th Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, crews responded to a minor fire involving pine needles near North Fortieth Street by East David Avenue and East Charles Avenue. The fire was apparently extinguished before arrival, and utility workers were notified about downed wires in the area.
