Traffic signal problems at bridge intersections

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers discussed apparent traffic signal issues at several intersections near Bridge Street, including Main Street, Third Street, Thurman Bridge, and Second Bridge, and confirmed that most lights appeared to be functioning normally while one intersection was flashing red in both directions.
