We're en route to your facility with a 17-year-old male who was involved in a two vehicle incident.

His vehicle rolled multiple times into a cornfield, landed on its wheels.

He was able to self extricate.

Reports seatbelt and airbags.

Probable loss of consciousness for a short period of time.

He is complaining of top of head to the back of his head and neck pain.

And right knee pain.

He was given some fentanyl and zofran treatments.

He is currently on a long backboard C collar and he is restrained.

He did have some numbness and tingling in both upper extremities, which seems to be getting better as time goes on.

He is currently alert and oriented, able to answer questions.

Heart rate is 70, last blood pressure is 120 over 62, SpO2 is 95.
