Unresponsive 83-year-old hospice patient with shallow breathing

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units were sent to a residence on Chestnut Road in Independence Township for a report of an unresponsive 83-year-old male hospice patient with shallow breathing. Responders later indicated there was no patient found at the scene while coordinating with police.
