Tree down with wires blocking Main and Story

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic indicates a tree came down at or near Main Street and Story Street, blocking the roadway and involving a streetlight or utility line. Fire and first responders coordinated over different radio channels, and a homeowner appeared to help clear the obstruction with equipment. A citation was also issued in a separate vehicle drive-off incident reported during the same radio traffic.
