Screaming heard after 911 hang-up at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to a possible disturbance after a 911 hang-up call where screaming and yelling were heard and someone appeared to say, "Ma'am, you did this," with no answer on callback near Westmoreland Avenue in Avonmore.
