Men reportedly using drugs at Shady Grove Park

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a call from someone at a park who reported two men under an awning near the beach area. The caller said one man was shirtless and the other wore an orange shirt and that they appeared to be using a grinder and rolling a substance, possibly for drug use. Deputies were asked to contact the men and check on the situation.
