Suspicious person reported on Gaskin Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched for a possible suspicious person near Gaskin Road and Route 31 in Clay. The caller reported a man in dark clothing carrying a square object inside his jacket who appeared disoriented or possibly intoxicated and was last seen walking north on Gaskin Road toward Route 31.
