As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were sent to a residence near Tiltag Drive in Balsam Lake for an 85-year-old woman who reportedly fell and may have had a stroke. The door to the home was locked, and additional fire personnel were asked to help gain entry while medical crews and the reporting party were on scene.
