It's getting very dangerous to just go for a walk in Bangor. I am an avid hiker and just to go for a walk these days and not get hit by a vehicle, I have to wear reflective strips and flashing lights all over me just so cars see me and don't run me over. Enough is enough people slow to hell down and stop for pedestrians in the cross-walks. I was almost run over right in front of the police station last year on a crosswalk by a big truck who ran a red light. It missed me by a couple of inches because I was the one that stopped not the truck driver even though I had the crosswalk light on, and he had a red light on. If I get hit, I will sue the hell out of you if I am still alive to do so!!!
