Suspicious sedan parked near cabins with lights off

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious sedan moving slowly and then parking with its lights off near cabins on Sandy Point Road. The caller, who is staying at one of the cabins, reported the vehicle remained running nearby.
