Complaint of man riding e-bike too fast near beach

Just for FYI, they are a male.

Caller reports a male riding an e-bike too fast from the Huntington Beach area, and then over by BAYarts building was an older male wearing a rain hat and a vest.

Was last seen about 5 min ago.

She was just angry because she said he was going too fast again.

That was an e-bike.
