Flood water rescue and evacuation mutual aid in Bayard

As discussed during the dispatch call, scotts Bluff Rural Fire was requested for mutual aid in Bayard for water rescue and evacuation, with a request for a boat and manpower. Crews were told to stage at the Bayard Fire Department and use Highway 92 because parts of Highway 26 were reported covered with water. A separate medical call was also aired for a male with back pain at an apartment complex near West 20th Street (exact address unclear).
